Arkansas Life Hunting would like to introduce Shane Ward as the resident Taxidermy expert. Shane is owner of Wild Wings Taxidermy in Hot Springs. He is an incredibly gifted artist and we are fortunate that he chose taxidermy as his line of work. He can make your trophy something that will look beautiful and last a lifetime. He is also a great source of information about hunting tips, including ducks and deer.

Shane will provide information on what to do with your trophy to ensure a proper mount before you get to the taxidermist,  how to care for your mount so it will look great for a long time, and how to make the right decision in choosing a taxidermist to care for your prize.

Shane has traveled the state and country for trophy animals and is currently hooked on duck hunting for trophies. What exactly is a trophy duck? Stay tuned for more information from Shane on that!
